  Bought a parakeet at Christmas time for my mom, not even a month it died, I called they said bring it in they would give me a new one, I did but the lady who waited on me was so rude as she took the bird out of the box I brought it back in she mumbles so skinny probably why if anything the bird ate too much I was so upset I let her have it and told her how rude she was like she really cared,handed me my new bird with another remark, I don't have time for such people don't go into customer service if your a rude person. WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE

  When I questioned about a 2.00 increase on a item; I was informed from employee that there was 20 percent price increase around Nov 2017. This Place is way over priced.
