  Will never purchase from here again! This guy is a rip-off. I paid $1400 for a sectional that appeared to be very nice, and was delivered a cheaply made sectional with many flaws including broken legs. When I called with my complaints his only response was "I sell this same couch to a lot of people". And that I can trade it for something of the same value or spend a little more. YEAH RIGHT! who in their right mind would spend MORE money at a business that has already ripped them off once? Ridiculous. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE, I knew I should have went with the sofa next door at Michaels furniture. lesson learned. Now I'm stuck with this couch which probably won't last the year.

  I ordered a chocolate colored chair in the begining of May with the expectacion set by Aric, the owner that the chair would be delivered within 2 to 4 weeks. It has now been 3 months and I just received my chair, IN THE WRONG COLOR. I do not feel that Aric was concerned with the amount of time it took and that I was unhappy. I had to end up filing a small claims complaint in order to get what I felt I deserved. We settled before going to court and I got a small amount of cash back and my chair (which again is in the wrong color). I will never do business with Aric Anderson or Furniture Towne again. If you check the Better Business (BBB) records you will see he had an F rating as of the date I wrote this review 8-20-2017.
